Taro Classroom : Do Cats Know You Are Calling Them?

龜太郎教室:貓咪知否你叫緊他?

When calling your cats, sometimes they come over, and other times they seem not to hear you.

In fact, when you call a cat, if it lightly wags its tail, it is responding to you: "I know!" If there is no other response, it likely means they want to rest, so it's best not to disturb them at that time.

Let’s learn the "language" of cats! Here are five common tail signals from them:

  1. Tail held high and curled
😺Happy: "I want to play with you!"

  2. Tail slightly shaking
    😼Curious: "There’s prey ahead!"

  3. Tail tucked between legs
    🙀Scared: "What should I do…"

  4. Tail thumping left and right
    😾Angry: "I don’t want to play!"

  5. Tail wrapped around the body
    🫨Anxious: "I feel cold or unwell…"
