Delivery option
Any purchase at Q-Pets.com can enjoy free pick-up service at Q-Pets stores.
Spending over HKD$400, you can enjoy free delivery in the Hong Kong region. You can choose to have your order delivered to your designated address or pick it up at S.F express stores or lockers.
We will contact you by phone before delivery to confirm the delivery time. We will try our best to deliver your order to your address within the delivery time, however, in case of typhoons and rainstorms or other unavoidable factors, we cannot promise that your order will be delivered within the delivery time. We also suggest you mark your convenient delivery time in the order instructions to arrange for it, and we will try our best to deliver within that time.
Payment method & check out
Q-PETS official online store accepts online payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay. All prices listed and payment calculated are in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). Select a payment method and proceed to "Complete order".
Check your order
You will receive “order confirmation” email at your mailbox. Alternatively, you can view your purchase record in your member account.
How to apply discount code
Go to “Checkout” page, enter your discount code at the ‘Discount code’ section in total page.
