For orders totaling HK$400 or more, you can enjoy free pickup at SF express stores or lockers. Orders below HK$400 will incur an additional HK$90 delivery charge.

Starting from 6 August 2024, the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages. Please download SFHK APP to receive pickup notification if you choose SF Store or SF Locker for pickup, thank you.

For orders totaling HK$400 or more, you can enjoy free delivery to your designated address in the Hong Kong region. Orders below HK$400 will incur an additional HK$90 delivery charge.

Village houses will not deliver into the village, customers have to settle the delivery at the parking lot. If the delivery truck can go directly to the village, the customer has to settle the delivery on the ground floor and the driver will not go upstairs to deliver the cargo.

If the delivery location is not directly accessible by elevator and has to be transported via staircase, customers are required to pay the upward and downward staircase charges. The charge is HK$15 per flight of stairs, every 10 flights of stairs is one flight, the first flight is free of surcharge.
Delivery charges are based on a 20kg unit of weight. Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice due to environmental factors.
Stairs charges can only be paid in cash to the driver. If the payment of stairs charges is refused, Q-Pets reserves the right to recall the products without refund.
