Terms and Conditions of 【Q-Pets Mooncakes Pre Order】
Pre-order period till 16 Aug 2024.
The pick-up period is from August 18 to September 18, 2024. Please pick up your order within the designated pick-up date, if you do not pick up your order after the designated pick-up date, you will not be able to get a replacement.
Successful pre-order customers will receive an email confirming their order within 2-3 working days after the payment has been made. The email will include a mooncake redemption code and a store pick-up registration form.
Pre-order mooncakes must be picked up at chosen store.
When you pick up the pre-order mooncakes in our stores, please present the mooncake redemption code in your email order confirmation to our staff. We do not accept order confirmation email screenshots and the store staff will check your original email. If you cannot present the mooncake redemption code or original email, we reserve the right to refuse to accept your mooncake.
After you pick up the pre-order mooncake, you should confirm the name of the mooncake(s), condition and the quantity of the mooncake (s) in store.
Each mooncake redemption code can only be used once and Q-Pets shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by or incidental to the loss or disclosure of the mooncake redemption code by the customer to any third party.
The mooncake redemption code should be kept safely and Q-Pets will not be liable if the code is found to be used when you redeem the mooncake.
Limited quantity. First-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
Full payment for validated pre-order transaction.
Pre-order mooncakes are non-refundable.
This pre-order is offered by Q-Pet.com. By participating in this pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
